What are Hot Targets?
Hot Targets are specific businesses that our vetted investors have asked us to find for them. To be a target, the investor must be ready-willing-and-able to accurately identify the target business and complete a transaction immediately. While there are many other industries our investors are targeting, we currently have multiple investors interested in these areas, each with their specific desired targets. Our job is to match you with the best investor for you.
March 2025 Hot Targets include the following:
- Commercial coatings including powder coating, cement coating and all aspects of painting. Expandable with identifiable options for growth, strong management team, and healthy financial performance. The EBITDA range is $1mm-$30mm.
- HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Roofing and Landscaping in service and/or construction arenas. Expandable with identifiable options for growth, strong management team, and healthy financial performance. The EBITDA range is $1mm-$35mm.
- Oil and Gas Services across the board- supply, measurement, transportation, etc. Expandable with identifiable options for growth, strong management team, and healthy financial performance. The EBITDA range is $500k-$50mm.
- Health and Wellness across the board from yoga to counselling. Expandable with identifiable options for growth, strong management team, and healthy financial performance. The EBITDA range is $500k-$20mm.
- Manufacturing of any product, literally. This business category is wide open, and while most investors are seeking profitable, stable companies, we do have an investor whose focus is on potential. EBITDA from $1-$80mm. Proprietary products can bring premium valuations.
